Shipping/ Returns

Shipping:

We are currently only Shipping within Canada and to the United States.

Canada: Prices are listed in CAD. Our average shipping time within Canada is around 2-8 business days. All orders $100 and over within Canada will receive free shipping. For orders under $100, the shipping cost varies by Province.

United States: We are currently not taking any orders from the United States of America, we apologize for the inconvenience. 

Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@theyoutheffect.ca for further information, and we will try to make it right.

*We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undelivered packages. If a package is returned as undelivered/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
